COTES at PAP-FOR 2021: Aleksei Kolegov Has Told About Implementing Environmental Emission Monitoring Systems

COTES Engineering has taken part in the 16th exhibition and forum PAP-FOR dedicated to paper and pulp, forest, processing and packaging industries held on November 19-12, 2021 in Saint Petersburg.
On the second day of the forum, November 10, Aleksei Kolegov, Director for Innovative Technologies at COTES Engineering, made a report titled “Implementing Environmental Emission Monitoring Systems” and told about the compliance with Federal Law No. 219-ФЗ On Environmental Protection for paper and pulp plants.
Pavel Dudin, Deputy Head of Project Management Department, told about his experience: “This year, I have noted a significant interest of the forum’s participants in secure provision of their enterprises with thermal and electrical energy. We have received several requests for the development of financial feasibility studies, pre-design work for the companies’ own generation sources”.
In general, COTES team visiting the exhibition has made a note of this year’s program tight schedule and large amount of interesting companies and useful contacts.
PAP-FOR is a special exhibition and a key event for meeting representatives of all industries including pulp and cellulose, forestry, processing, packaging and energy industries as well as sanitary and hygienic paper industry. This year, at the exhibition, over 130 companies have been represented including pulp and paper mills, such as AO Volga, Archangelsk and Perm PPM, and international companies Siemens Energy, Valmet, ANDRITZ, APA KANDT, MAN Energy Solutions.
